Were seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role youll support our clients by addressing inquiries processing policy changes resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction. Youll work closely with agents and underwriters to provide excellent service and build lasting client relationships.
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls and emails
Assist clients with policy inquiries coverage options billing questions and claims processes
Process policy endorsements renewals cancellations and payments
Maintain accurate records in agency management systems
Work with agents to follow up on leads crosssell and upsell insurance products
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally
Provide support during audits and maintain documentation
Active insurance license (Property & Casualty)
Minimum 12 years of customer service experience in an insurance setting
Strong knowledge of insurance products coverages and procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance agency management software
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
