On Time Talent Solutions is seeking a Clinical Informatics Educator who will be responsible for coaching juniorlevel staff to maintain quality in communication training design material development and training delivery. Work also includes elements of project management curriculum development training delivery and support.
Clinical Informatics Educator Responsibilities:

Provide educational programming and support in the clinical settings to develop informatics expertise in physicians nurses and other staff

Design quick tips mini programs web references etc. to continuously expand the informatics knowledge of the clinician and assists clinicians in identifying new workflows

Develop and implement educational training programs which support the successful adoption of computer applications and critical components into the patient care process

Round with clinical endusers to support identify and mitigate issues with clinical information systems

Utilize and incorporate analytics and formal and informal feedback to support evidencebased documentation standards

Develop partnerships with key hospital leaders to improve hospital operations outcomes and regulatory preparedness
Clinical Informatics Educator Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Nursing Education or IT

Masters degree in Nursing Education or Informatics or Board Certified in Nursing Informatics preferred

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint etc). Clinical information systems as applicable
