Your Team Your Impact

As the Sr. Staff Manager Logistics you will be leading the logistics operations as an integral part of Marvells Supply Chain Organization to efficiently plan manage and transport goods and services from suppliers to end consumers. It encompasses multiple stages including procurement production warehousing inventory management and distribution. The primary goal of the logistics supply chain is to ensure timely costeffective delivery while maintaining quality and minimizing disruptions. Key players include manufacturers suppliers logistics service providers retailers and customers.

What You Can Expect

  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain process.
  • Manage and coordinate transportation warehousing distribution of goods and import & export compliance activities.
  • Develop and oversee a shipping selfservice platform ensuring it meets the needs of both internal and external users for indirect nonrevenue and engineering parts shipments.
  • Support and manage urgent engineering shipments ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Collaborate with suppliers vendors and other stakeholders to ensure timely and costeffective delivery of products.
  • Analyze and evaluate logistics performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate and uptodate records.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards including health and safety requirements.
  • Lead and manage a team of global logistics professionals providing guidance support and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as production sales and customer service to align logistics strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies.

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in logistics supply chain management business administration or a related field. A masters degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes including procurement transportation warehousing and distribution.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing shipping selfservice platforms and urgent shipments.
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency reducing costs and enhancing operational performance.
  • Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and technology such as ERP systems TMS and WMS.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

$ per annum

The successful candidates starting base pay will be determined based on jobrelated skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
