Job Description:
What youll do:
Lead and manage academic operations for CBSE schools across the region.
Develop implement and review curriculum and academic strategies to improve student outcomes.
Mentor and support teachers to enhance teaching methodologies and ensure adherence to academic standards.
Oversee and streamline school management processes ensuring operational excellence.
Leverage corporate experience to bring strategic thinking and innovation to academic operations.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders including teachers parents and education boards.
Key Requirements:
Proven leadership in academic operations and CBSE curriculum.
Handson experience in teacher mentoring and school management.
At least 2 years of corporate experience is a must.
Excellent communication leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
