As our Operations Associate I you will handle all indepth research regarding patients selfpay insurance and/or bad debt balances. Every day you will effectively explains policies and procedures and refers each account for proper resolution and provides feedback to the department where the concern originated via the CU or Host system. To thrive in this role you must can work independently accomplish goals excellent customer service and communication skills creativity patience and flexibility.
Heres what you will experience working as an Operations Associate I:
- You have basic knowledge of EOBs CPT & ICD9&10 codes HCFAs UB04s HCPCS DRGs and authorizations/referrals.
- You will process itemized documentation from payors per patients request
- You can keep track of the changes to various clients processes and adjust as needed.
- You have actively tracked a backlog and prioritizing urgent request as necessary
- You have worked in EPIC
- You have a strong understanding of HIPPA
Required Skills:
- High School diploma
- 1 years of experience
