Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at our Ankleshwar location. As a Juniorlevel position the role requires a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry. This fulltime role demands a passionate individual committed to delivering exceptional customer service.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service ensuring guest satisfaction and a positive dining experience.
  • Teamwork (Mandatory skill): Ability to work collaboratively with a team to provide seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Food Safety: Understanding of food safety regulations and practices to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
  • Menu Knowledge: Strong knowledge of menu items and the ability to communicate this information effectively to guests.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure all orders are prepared accurately and served promptly.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment to maintain service standards.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problemsolving skills to address any challenges or guest concerns promptly and efficiently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up dining areas and serving food and beverages to guests as per the hotels service standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely service of meals to guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas at all times.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about menu items ingredients and allergens.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues proactively to enhance their dining experience.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service quality.
