Logistician Multiple levels

Noblis ESI is seeking a Logistician with a warehouse operations or deployment coordinator background tosupportour client onsite in Chantilly VA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies.

• Provide comprehensive logistical support including transportation supply chain management inventory control and resource management.

• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams and external partners to ensure seamless and efficient use of resources.

• Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources including personnel equipment and supplies to support deployment operations.

• Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of activities including logs reports and records.

• Identify and resolve logistical challenges and issues that may arise.

• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and efficiency.

• Provide training and support to personnel to ensure readiness and effectiveness.

• Monitor and manage budgets ensuring costeffectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.

• Assess and mitigate risks associated ensuring the safety and security of personnel and resources.

• Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field. Alternatively demonstrate an additional 4 years of related experience per level if no bachelors degree is held.

• Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a CounterIntelligence Polygraph
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Experience working in a warehouse operations or deployment coordinator role.

Junior/Mid Level

• Bachelors degree

• 0 5 years of experience

• Compensation: $73200 $114375

Senior Level

• Bachelors degree

• 5 10 years of experience

• Compensation: $88500 $167325

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management with a focus on deployment operations.

• Strong project management skills excellent organizational and communication abilities and proficiency in logistics software and tools.

• Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management are preferred.

• Willingness to travel and support deployment operations in various locations both domestic and international.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors including but not limited to the combination of education certifications knowledge skills competencies and experience internal and external equity location clearance level as well as contractspecific affordability organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this positionis based on full time status. For part time or oncall staff compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important its just one component of Noblis total compensation package.
