Were looking for a Sales Team Leader wholl be responsible for overseeing a team of Sales Advisors who support clients and referral partners throughout our quote process. You will play a critical role in optimising sales conversion through our contact centre and building engagement with our referral partners.
On any given day you could be doing many of the following:
- Make and oversee follow up calls to prospective clients who have requested a quote to answer questions and drive quote conversion
- Oversee the onboarding and relationship management of referral partners
- Design and optimise contact flows and create personalised phone and email scripts for different client segments
- Manage coach and mentor a team of Sales Advisors
- Monitor calls to improve quality minimise errors and track team performance
- Handle and resolve complex enquiries
- Evaluate performance using key metrics to identify improvements and training needs
- Use client feedback to enhance sales procedures policies and standards
- Deliver individual and team KPIs that provide excellent client service and satisfaction
- Recruit and retain new team members to support company growth
Requirements
- Proven B2C contact centre experience ideally from a startup or high growth environment
- Proven experience of managing successful sales teams
- Experience designing and optimising contact flows
- Experience of objection handling and creating messaging for different client segments
- Warm and personable communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and an affinity for data driven decision making
- Comfortable working in a targetdriven environment
- Experience coaching and mentors sales team members
