Job Description
Type: Contract
Seniority: at least 8 years and ideally 10 years as a Senior BA
We are actively recruiting for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a solid background in Finance (Accounting Tax etc.. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in a strategic and highimpact environment.
- Provide thought leadership in designing optimal business solutions based on sound business principles and financial frameworks.
- Craft and refine highlevel business requirements and features in collaboration with Finance Teams
- Lead the breakdown of features into user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
- Support crossfunctional teams in the successful implementation of business requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in business analysis practices and contribute to project delivery.
MustHaves
- 810 years experience as a Senior Business Analyst with working experience within the Financial Services industry (Insurance Asset Management or Banking)
- Solid Accounting / Finance experience is essential
- Certification or qualification as a Business Analyst (e.g. IIBA BABOK CBAP FTI or related) is required
- Tertiary qualification in Finance (Financial Degree or CA(SA) is highly advantageous/preferable
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with key strategic stakeholders
