Job Description

Job responsibilities
- Applies technical expertise and problemsolving methodologies to projects of moderate scope
- Coordinated and collaborated across teams to ensure endtoend project delivery.
- Organized and followed JPMC processes designed to minimize risk to the environment.
- Drives a workstream or project consisting of one or more infrastructure engineering technologies
- Works with other platforms to architect and implement changes required to resolve issues and modernize the organization and its technology processes
- Executes creative solutions for the design development and technical troubleshooting for problems of moderate complexity
- Strongly considers upstream/downstream data and systems or technical implications and advises on mitigation actions
- Communicated strongly with both written and verbal skills.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 5 years applied experience
- Developed software in one or more generalpurpose programming/scripting languages: Python Unix.
- Demonstrated expertise in F5 WAF for application protection.
- Exhibited proficiency in Arbor for network DDoS protection.
- Initiated tasks as a selfstarter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Applied strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills with clear communication.
- Collaborated with different roles and levels across teams to achieve common goals.
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills in a large enterprise environment.
- Maintained a strong work ethic in a missioncritical 24x7 diverse environment with multiple vendor/customer relationships.
- Flexibly worked during off hours/weekends.
- Participated in a 24x7 oncall rotation.
- Experienced with forward or reverse proxy technologies is a plus.
- Held F5 certifications preferred but not required; equivalent experience is acceptable.
