Help Desk/Tech Support I
Installs and configures necessary hardware and software for proper operation on the network. Installs and configures all software updates. Maintains current upgrade of all Virus definitions. Provide first level user support for all helpdesk requests regarding hardware and software.
Requirements:
Education/Training: Associates degree (A. A. or equivalent from twoyear college or technical school.
One year related experience and/or training.
