Job Description
Position Description:
As a SAP HCM expert you will join our local SAP community.
You will be working in the support team at one of our customers where you will ensure the further evolution of the HCM module of their S4/Hana platform. As a global gold SAP partner we offer you continuous learning opportunities and support of our global SAP practice of over 3.150 consultants.
Your role in our team
Capture the requirements Help the client to express needs collect and analyze them.
Bring best practices and pitfalls from previous experiences ensure that standard SAP processes are used.
Support the incident team with the resolution of complex issues.
Write clear functional specifications.
Collaborate closely within the team of support consultants senior experts and the development team.
Advise the customer on the future evolution of their platform
Be the bridge between the onsite team and the colleagues working from our global delivery centres.
Participate to various projects surrounding the HCM module of the S4/Hana platform.
Support the business for change management
Communicate clearly to the different key users and stakeholders around the world
Being part of a great team.
How you strengthen our team
At least 5 years of prior experience as functional SAP HCM consultant
Experience in following domains: Time management PA OM transactional data customizing payroll gross
Team player
Quality minded
Analytical thinking
Able to understand clients expectations
Strong analytical/conceptual way of thinking: focus on down to earth fit for purpose solutions
Fluent in English and French or Dutch
Certifications in S4/Hana is a strong plus
Personal qualities
Eager to learn
Flexible
Motivated
Participate and network internally and externally to gain and share knowledge
Education and Certification
Bachelor or master degree with a focus on Information Technology or equivalent
