Job Description
Introduction
Our client a building contractor specializing in various construction services are on the lookout for a passionate and talented Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Johannesburg. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping innovative and high quality construction projects.

Requirements:
- BTech in Quantity Surveying / Equivalent
- At least 5 years relevant experience in residential and commercial buildings
- Experience using CCS essential
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and monitoring project cost estimates budgets and cash flows.
- Conducting cost analysis and financial forecasting.
- Ensuring compliance with the projects contractual obligations.
- Reviewing and preparing interim and final payment certificates.
- Measuring and valuing variations and claims.
- Coordinating with engineers project managers and site teams for cost control.
