Job Description

Introduction

Our client a building contractor specializing in various construction services are on the lookout for a passionate and talented Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Johannesburg. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping innovative and high quality construction projects.

Requirements:

  • BTech in Quantity Surveying / Equivalent
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in residential and commercial buildings
  • Experience using CCS essential

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and monitoring project cost estimates budgets and cash flows.
  • Conducting cost analysis and financial forecasting.
  • Ensuring compliance with the projects contractual obligations.
  • Reviewing and preparing interim and final payment certificates.
  • Measuring and valuing variations and claims.
  • Coordinating with engineers project managers and site teams for cost control.
