Job Description
We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you to take your software engineering career to the next level.
As a Software EngineerIII UI Developer at JPMorgan Chase within the team youll serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted marketleading technology products in a secure stable and scalable way. You will be responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firms business objectives.
Job Responsibilities :
- Work on managing tasks globally and across functional teams.
- Collaborate with team and manage project and deadlines efficiently.
- Communicate effectively and influence stakeholders and team members.
- Participate in designing architecting development and defining and driving the technology roadmap
Required qualifications capabilities and skills :
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3 years applied experience
- Experience in frontend development with a strong focus on web technologies: Node js / React js / Javascript (ES6 / HTML5 / CSS3 and Typescript.
- Expertise with UI state management Redux / MobX / React Context / Apollo Client.
- Experience with strong understanding of REST and Graphql.
- Experience working with atomic design systems.
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks such as reacttestinglibrary and Jest.
- Familiarity with continuous integration tools like Jenkins Spinnaker and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing web socket based communications ensuring scalability and efficiency in highvolume environments.
- Adherence to code quality principals and consistent experience with unit functional and integration code testing
- Experience with code versioning tools such as Git Bitbucket etc.
- Understanding of Agile SDLC methodology including business analysis development maintenance and improvement.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills :
- Working experience with Next js.
- Understanding of Nx Monorepo design and implementations
- Knowledge of advanced grid solutions like AGGrid.
- Experience with modern testing frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright.
- Understanding of DevOps principles including CI/CD.
