Job Profile
Attendance and punctuality that meets PCI standards. Performs work in a manner that complies with the companys safety policies this includes housekeeping organization and PPE. Conducts themselves in a manner that falls in line with PCIs core values.
Essential Responsibilities
Performs the required amount of work that will enable the team to meet the weekly productivity requirements. Uses the machinery in the department to produce any manufactured items as instructed. Ensures that all jobs are complete and accurate. This includes doors and drawer fronts molding and ordered items. Assists other areas or departments as necessary.
To perform this job satisfactorily an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability and environmental conditions required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Also the ability to read and understand a tape measure. Mustbe able todistinguish wood species. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to handle repeated lifting.
