About The Opportunity
As a Junior Property Manager you will play a key role in supporting the property management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our rental properties. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating property maintenance and repairs
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed
- Conducting property inspections and preparing reports
- Processing rental applications and conducting background checks
- Assisting in the management of rental properties and tenant relations
- Maintaining accurate records of tenant interactions and property management activities
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A current Certificate IV in Real Estate
- Organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in Real Estate (advantageous)
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and processes
- Must be available to work Saturdays (TIL during week)
