Allwyn is a multinational lottery operator with leading market positions in Austria the Czech Republic Greece Cyprus Italy the United Kingdom and the United States. Our primary focus is lotteries helping them raise more for good causes. We drive innovation efficiency and safety across our casual gaming entertainment platform in the quest for enhanced player engagement.

Allwyn North America is headquartered in Chicago and currently operates the Illinois Lottery under a private management agreement while seeking other opportunities throughout the U.S. We also provide products and services to lotteries and their players throughout Europe and the United States.

Position Overview:

The Market Account Development Representative will play a vital role in developing and executing strategies to drive new business opportunities for Allwyn North America. This individual will be responsible for identifying potential partners building relationships and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated selfstarter with strong communication and negotiation skills. This is a remote position with occasional travel required.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential partners and opportunities for business development
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive new business growth
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop tailored solutions for potential partners
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Track and report on sales activities and progress
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies


Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Selfmotivated with a strong drive to achieve results
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Familiarity with the lottery/gaming industry is a plus

Preferred:

  • Lottery or gaming



Benefits

Pay and Benefits

  • Contract position 10 months through December 312025
  • Weekly salary $1818.18
  • $350 Commission for every approved & scheduled new account
  • Company vehicle & gas card
