Job Description:
EXPECTATIONS: Nurses are expected to provide basic medical care dispense over the counter (OTC) and prescription medication and provide basic triage and simple diagnosis of injuries/medical problems. Nurses must document all medical care information as needed. The Nurse will report directly to the Camp Director.

QUALIFICATIONS: Current Registered Nurse License or LPN License. Oneyear prior professional nursing experience preferred preferably with youth. Background check will be performed and approved by the LSU AgCenters Human Resource Management unit.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Nurses live in a dormitory across the hall from the Infirmary. The dormitory has a private shower A/C wireless internet etc. All meals are provided.
Background Check An offer of employment is contingent on a satisfactory preemployment background check.
