Customer Success Engineers (CSEs) are our customers primary technical point of contact driving product onboarding adoption/maturity and value attainment! You will enable our customers adoption of highvalue product use cases and help integrate their HashiCorp tools into their software/development stacks. You will also mitigate ontime renewal risks by cementing the value of HashiCorp tools.

Vous attnuerez galement les risques de renouvellement dans les dlais en consolidant la valeur des outils HashiCorp.

What youll do (responsibilities)

Through continuous engagement CSEs help clear technical blockers optimize solution design and accelerate timetovalue for Customers adopting HashiCorp tooling. The CSE team demonstrates our practical technical expertise across the HashiCorp stack to help our customers address their business challenges with our technologies to drive effective implementation of HashiCorp tooling to increase customer value attainment through expanded product uptake and to secure ontime renewals and expansions of customer investments in the HashiCorp toolchain!

  • Responsible for success of your assigned customer accounts throughout the customer journey from onboarding through adoption and expansion/extension/renewal phases as measured by customer product consumption health retention and growth
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for our customers usage of our tools to solve business challenges providing customers with technical and businessoriented guidance at strategic points throughout their customer journey with HashiCorp
  • Establish and maintain an understanding of the overall HashiCorp technology portfolio and leverage this knowledge in conjunction with business insights to help improve customer application deliver and to help customers use HashiCorp tooling to drive measurable valuebased outcomes
  • Understand and document customer goals challenges business objectives and technical requirements in order to provide solutions guidance and engagements tailored to each customers needs
  • Ensure the timely creation and upkeep of account health scores notes and calls to action in Gainsight
  • Partner with the aligned account sales team to both identify handle and mitigate customer risk across the customers lifecycle with HashiCorp and to identify and develop opportunities to expand the depth and breadth of customer utilization of the HashiCorp toolchain
  • Work crossfunctionally with internal partners in product and engineering teams to translate customer business requirements into additional features to improve our product offerings
  • Lead and coordinate account recovery actions for escalated customers driving their successful deescalation and return to normal health

  • Agir en tant quexpert en la matire pour lutilisation par nos clients de nos outils afin de rsoudre les dfis commerciaux en fournissant aux clients des conseils techniques et commerciaux des moments stratgiques tout au long de leur parcours client avecHashiCorp
  • tablir et maintenir une comprhension de lensemble du portefeuille technologique deHashiCorp et tirer parti de cette connaissance en conjonction avec les perspectives commerciales pour aider amliorer la fourniture dapplications par les clients et aider les clients utiliser les outils deHashiCorp pour obtenir des rsultats mesurables fonds sur la valeur
  • Comprendre et documenter les objectifs les dfis les objectifs commerciaux et les exigences techniques des clients afin de fournir des solutions des conseils et des engagements adapts aux besoins de chaque client
  • Assurer la cration et la mise jour des scores de sant des comptes des notes et des appels laction dans Gainsight
  • Collaborer avec lquipe des ventes assigne au compte pour identifier grer et attnuer les risques client tout au long du cycle de vie du client avecHashiCorp ainsi que pour identifier et dvelopper des opportunits visant accrotre la porte et lampleur de lutilisation de la chane doutilsHashiCorp par le client
  • Travailler de manire transversale avec des partenaires internes au sein des quipes de produits et dingnierie pour traduire les exigences commerciales des clients en fonctionnalits supplmentaires afin damliorer nos offres de produits
  • Diriger et coordonner les actions de redressement des comptes pour les clients en difficult en favorisant leur dsescalade et leur retour la normale

What youll need (minimum qualifications)

  • 7 years experience with solution architecture sales engineering technical account management or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency and experience with concepts and technologies using software development operations security cloud microservices containers and scheduling platform
  • Proficiency and/or knowledge of existing solutions in the same domain as HashiCorp tools (e.g. Infrastructure Automation Identity Management and Dev/Ops) such as Vagrant Packer Terraform Consul Nomad Vault and others
  • Exceptional communication skills including experience developing and delivering technical content experience asking effective questions to understand customer business priorities and needs and comfort handling customer objections
  • Passion for learning and working with new technologies and willingness to dive into new areas of knowledge without external motivation and with an eye for detail
  • Ability to work well in a highlydynamic environment that focuses on providing outstanding Customer service
  • Experience planning projects and leading customers through implementations of highlytechnical products
  • Comfort working with and advising both technical and business partners across the customer lifecycle
  • Fluency in understanding quantifying and empathizing with customer organizational pain and prescribing technical and process solutions to mitigate those difficulties
  • Expertise in driving adoption of product use cases to enhance customer value attainment and satisfaction
  • Skill in identifying and addressing customer risk and confidence in mitigating it
  • Comfort working remotely and performing well given a high level of independence and autonomy
  • Up to 50 travel required

Ce quil vous faut (qualifications minimales)

  • 7 annes dexprience en architecture de solutions ingnierie commerciale gestion de comptes techniques ou exprience quivalente
  • Matrise des concepts et technologies lis au dveloppement de logiciels aux oprations la scurit dans le nuage aux microservices aux conteneurs et aux plateformes dordonnancement et exprience dans ces domaines
  • Matrise ou connaissance des solutions existantes dans le mme domaine que les outilsHashiCorp (. automatisation de linfrastructure gestion des identits et DevOps) comme Vagrant Packer Terraform Consul Nomad Vault et autres
  • Excellentes comptences en matire de communication y compris une exprience dans llaboration et la diffusion de contenu technique une exprience dans la formulation de questions efficaces pour comprendre les priorits et les besoins des clients et une aisance traiter les objections des clients
  • Passion pour lapprentissage et le travail avec les nouvelles technologies et volont de se plonger dans de nouveaux domaines de connaissance sans motivation extrieure et avec le souci du dtail
  • Aptitude travailler dans un environnement trs dynamique tout en tant ax sur la prestation dun service la clientle exceptionnel
  • Exprience dans la planification de projets et dans laccompagnement de clients pour la mise en uvre de produits hautement techniques
  • Vous tes laise pour travailler avec des partenaires techniques et commerciaux et les conseiller tout au long du cycle de vie du client
  • Capacit comprendre quantifier et apprhender les difficults organisationnelles des clients et prescrire des solutions techniques et de processus pour attnuer ces difficults
  • Expertise dans ladoption des cas dutilisation des produits afin damliorer la valeur ajoute et la satisfaction des clients
  • Comptence dans lidentification et la prise en compte du risque client et confiance dans lattnuation de ce risque
  • Facilit travailler distance et bien performer compte tenu dun haut niveau dindpendance et dautonomie

The base pay range for this role is:
$175760$206800 CAD
The OTE pay range for this role is:
$219700$258500 CAD
