LINCOLN SUDBURY REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT390 LINCOLN ROADSUDBURY MA 01776EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYSCHOOL YEARJOB POSTINGTitle: House Assistant NonUnion Support StaffPosition Summary: Administrative Assistant role with the assignment of directly assisting Associate Principal. The House Assistant is the first line of communication for students families staff and faculty to ensure smooth operation of the house and Responsibilities (Not limited to): *Maintain student database for approximately 400 students assigned to the House*Coordinate meetings for Associate Principals and counselors*Assist Associate Principal in teacher evaluation process by maintaining calendar entering data as assigned*Supervise students during inhouse suspensions detentions and supervised study environments*Provide support for year end activities and assigned class events as needed*Other duties as assignedQualifications:*Extensive work within Google Workspace Applications*Exceptional writing skills and ability to verbally communicate with students parents staff members and the general public*Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills*Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment*Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask effectivelyEducation and Experience: *High School diploma required/College degree preferred*Strong computer skills and problem solving *Three years fast paced office experience *Demonstrated interest working in a school environment and school experience preferredSalary Range: $29.95/Hour $40.04/HourWork Schedule: Ten Months 190 Days) FullTime 7:30AM3:30PMLSRSD has an attractive benefits package including: health employer sponsored Health Savings Account dental vision longterm disability life insurance 403(b) Dependent Care Account Flexible Spending Accounts and participation in retirement Regional High School is committed to maintaining a work and learning environment free from discrimination on the basis of race color religion national origin pregnancy gender identity sexual orientation marital/civil union status ancestry place of birth age citizenship status veteran status political affiliation genetic information or disability as defined and required by state and federal laws.
