Plan and implement projects

Clearly communicate project goals to other team members
Assist with vendor management negotiating contracts and ensuring work is completed on time to a high standard of quality
Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
Evaluate and minimise risks
Process expense reimbursement
Process expense reports and payments to outside vendors
Document all activities related to the project in the Project Log
Document customer feedback
Prepare and submit the project report after completion and acceptance by the customer
Requirements
Bachelors degree in engineering finance business or a related field (PMP Certfication preferred)
5 years of relevant product development experience or 3 years of PM experience
Excellent analytical and organisational skills
Attention to detail
Computer proficiency particularly with spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Stakeholder management skill and experience
Communication organisation and problemsolving skills
