Roles And Responsibilities
1. Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
2. Domestic Process.
3. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
4. Establishing a positive rapport with all customers in person.
5. Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
Required Candidate profile
1. Undergraduate/graduates all are eligible.
2. Fresher/Experienced all can apply.
3. Must be comfortable with WORK FROM OFFICE.
4. Average English
SALARY UPTO 16 20K CTC FOR FRESHERS
SHIFTS DAY SHIFTS
WORKING DAYS 6 & 01 ROTAIONAL WEEK OFF
OFFICE TIME ROTAIONAL FOR MALE & DAY SHIFT FOR FEMALE
WORKING HOURS 9 HOURS (INCLUDING BREAK)
