Construction Project Manager / Estimator
Eden Prairie MN Direct Hire $90k$110k
Konik is partnered with a growing commercial construction company who is adding at Project Manager / Estimator to their team.
Construction Project Manager / Estimator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients subcontractors and field supervisors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Identify opportunities with prospective clients and develop and build business relationships
- Review project plans prepare cost estimates for clients and determine scope of work
- Monitor project progress identify issues and implement any corrective actions needed
Construction Project Manager / Estimator Requirements:
- Ability and experience in business development within construction
- 3 years of experience within commercial construction industry
- Experience in managing projects from inception to completion
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
