- In a variety of industries primarily Property Management (apartment complexes) but also Hotels Movers Builders... etc.
- You will educate our customers about how Surface Experts can help them
- You must enjoy working with people both with our customers as well as with our team
- You will revisit our customers with quality control followups to validate level of Customer satisfaction
- You will earn the trust of our customers
- You will be taught to memorize a sales script and train with some roleplaying practice
- You will be taught to document sales activities in CRM; from lead to work order and all steps in between
- You will report accurately and daily
- Youll be asked to brainstorm to find new leads and opportunities
- Goaloriented selfstarter and energetic
- Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
- Professional caring and serviceminded
- possess a readiness to work with a metricsbased processdriven sales team
- you need to be outgoing peopleoriented energetic personality
- you need to be a good communicator and can work well as part of a small close team
- The owners style is not to micromanage but to train teach lead and encourage you WILL be spending time on your own doing your sales routes but will be in constant communication with the rest of the team with any help or advice you may need.
- you must be reliable to be where you are scheduled to be on time communicate with the team ask for help when needed and prove we can trust and count on you
- Previous Sales job helpful but not required
- General working knowledge of multifamily properties (apartment complexes) and/or construction industry helpful but not required
- Experience using CRM tool and process helpful but not required
- Experience working in base commission environment helpful but not required
