WHAT YOULL BE DOING
- Responsible for the design implementation and continuous improvement of our accounting processes.
- Drive the digital transformation of the accounting processes taking into account the existing technical system landscape and beyond.
- Conduct indepth process analysis to understand the needs of all stakeholders and assess the impact of the processes.
- Drive the implementation and golive phases of key projects.
- Collaborate with the technical team and other departments.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of experience in a finance environment ideally in a high growth organization or consulting firm.
- Experience in implementing or working with ERP systems
- Ability to work with crossfunctional departments and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders from all hierarchies
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Experience in the financial services / banking sector or a Fintech will be a plus
- Self starter with the drive to work in a fastpaced ever changing highgrowth organisation
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex accounting topics succinctly
