Your mission
- Youll draw on your broad customer service experience particularly in the technical and/or logistical domains to head up our aftersales teams.
- Youll be responsible for ensuring the highest possible level of customer satisfaction with our aftersales customer service and communication. To do this youll oversee the aftersales service using our Salesforce CRM system.
- Youll monitor the performance of internal and external partners using clearly defined KPIs and innovative reporting tools.
- Youll identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase the effectiveness of aftersales management.
- Youll play a key role in identifying reviewing and appointing new service partners to continuously improve service quality.
- Together with your teams youll identify the needs of individual customers and determine how to deliver optimal support.
- Youll coordinate collaboration with other departments and ensure smooth communication with all relevant interfaces.
- Youll be a constant point of contact advice and support for your colleagues.
Your profile
- A degree or completion of a programme of education or training equipping you to work in a commercial or businessrelated role. Alternatively you may have completed a programme of training equipping you to work in a technical or logisticsrelated role with appropriate further training
- Several years of professional experience in managerial roles
- Proven experience in (technical) customer care
- Good English skills and excellent German skills; further foreign languages advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills in dynamic fastpaced environments and the ability to make the right decisions
- Adaptability team spirit and strong problemsolving skills
- Experience using CRM systems and MS Office (especially Excel) and general ITsavviness
