Job Description

We develop a collaborative cloudbased Scan & BIM platform that empowers organizations across manufacturing construction and energy sectors to efficiently manage visualize and distribute highprecision laser scan data. We are seeking a talented and passionate RevOps for a permanent position (CDI).

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing and optimizing Cintoos sales technology stack.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM environment ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Support monthly quarterly and adhoc reporting creating dashboards and maintaining accurate sales data.
  • Perform data reconciliation to ensure consistency across sales and finance teams.
  • Provide analytical support to track key revenue metrics including pipeline health renewal rates upsell tracking and new logo acquisition and sales forecasting.
  • Assist in identifying and automating atrisk customer analysis to improve retention.
  • Deal Desk Management: Play a crucial role in managing the deal desk including the management of deal approval processes and support on quoting ensuring smooth operations.
  • Document and streamline revenuerelated processes and workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Marketing or related field.
  • 3 years experience in sales operations revenue operations or related analytical roles.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot preferred) and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and clear communication skills.
  • Teamoriented collaborative and proactive mindset.
  • Integrity and discretion handling sensitive data.
  • Fluency in English and French.
