MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our EMEA IT Application team. In this role you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining SAP FICO functions to support our business operations across the EMEA region.
The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise in SAP FICO modules as well as experience in integrating SAP with other business applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
FICO Solution architecture design and project management:IT Demand Management for Finance:- Worked as IT business partner for EMEA finance team collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to gather & prioritize requirements.
- Translate business requirement into SAP Blueprint clearly descript the AsIs & ToBe processes document functional specification.
FICO Solution design:- Develop and propose SAP FICO solutions according to business requirement. Ensure best practices and compliance with financial regulations.
SAP Configuration:- Configure SAP FICO modules to support financial operations including General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) Cost Center Accounting (CCA) and Profitability Analysis (COPA).
Change management:- Support theadoption of new SAP FICO processes ensuring smooth transitions for business users.
- Assess the impact of changes develop and execute change management strategies including training plans and communication efforts.
- Work closely with key users finance teams to facilitate user acceptance and minimize resistance. Provide enduser support training and documentation to enhance system usability and adoption.
- Monitor change effectiveness gatherfeedback and recommend improvements to optimize SAP FICO solutions.
Finance project management:- Lead and support finance IT projects ensuring timely delivery and quality .
FICO daily operational support:- Analyze and Resolve System Issues:
- Identify and troubleshoot SAP FICOrelated system issues.
- Provide root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- System Enhancements and Optimization:
- Continuously improve SAP FICO functionalities and performance.
- Work closely with HQ FICO team and ABAP for necessary enhancements.
- User Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions for finance teams and end users.
- Provide ongoing support and documentation for SAP FICO processes.

LANGUAGES
- Fluency in English is mandatory

LOCATION
- Munich with a hybrid working system or
- remote in Europe (location in Germany Spain Italy Latvia preferred)
Your backpack is filled with
- Masters degree in IT computer science financial management accounting business administration or a related field.
- 7 years experience in SAP FICO modules as SAP consultant.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI submodules: GL AP AR Banking and Taxation. Knowledge about European tax in major European countries is highly preferred. Experienced with xSuite autobank is preferred.
- Solid experience with SAP CO submodules:cost center accounting (CCA) profit center accounting (PCA) internal orders product costing and profitability analysis (COPA).
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g. SD MM).
- Experience in working with ABAP debugging and user exits is an advantage.
- Industries experience in Solar Storage Power Electronics with B2B business is preferred.
