As the Senior Director Advertising Solutions you will play a pivotal role in Marriotts future by driving the development and of advertising technology and product strategy. This role will oversee teams across product strategy IT measurement & analytics data & engineering and partner campaign reporting.
The Senior Director Advertising Solutions will own the ad tech ecosystem and product roadmap for Marriott. This includes driving the strategic direction of the ad tech ecosystem while partnering with external agencies consultants technology partners and key internal stakeholders to develop implement and scale innovative solutions. The role will manage highly visible key strategic initiatives project manage multiple teams and timelines and present regularly to the executive steering committee.
This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to thrive in a complex environment. You are an excellent communicator and leader that will inspire the advertising product and tech strategy incorporating customer insights and Marriotts unique value. You are naturally curious and stay current on the MarTech/AdTech ecosystem digital marketing and evolving advertising landscape.

The salary range for this position is $147000 to $216000 annually.
