Job Description

What You Will Bring

Minimum 57 years progressive experience

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.

Performance Testing Tools Certifications (e.g. for tools like Apache JMeter LoadRunner or Dynatrace) VMware AWS SolarWinds Certified Performance Engineering Professional (CPEP)

Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) ITIL 4. Experience working with ServiceNow.

Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).

Strong blend of technical knowledge handson skills and problemsolving abilities.

Ability to design monitor and optimize complex systems ensuring they can scale efficiently as demand increases while also balancing security performance and cost.

High degree of adaptability attention to detail and collaboration with multiple departments to achieve longterm infrastructure success.

Work Environment

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting standing and walking vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.

What to Expect

The Infrastructure Technical Performance & Scalability Manger is responsible for ensuring highperforming reliable and secure IT systems that can grow with the organization and deliver a seamless experience for customers all while optimizing costs and supporting future expansion. This role helps avoid performance bottlenecks security vulnerabilities and scalability issues that can directly affect the HCAs bottom line and reputation.

What You Will Do

1. Continuously monitor the performance of IT infrastructure components including servers networks and storage systems.

2. Plan and implement strategies to ensure that the IT infrastructure can scale to meet growing business needs.

3. Identify and address performance bottlenecks to optimize the efficiency of IT systems and Implement load balancing solutions to distribute workloads evenly across servers and prevent overloading.

4. Regularly review and update performance and scalability strategies to incorporate new technologies and best practices. Maintain detailed documentation of performance metrics scalability plans and infrastructure changes.
