Description
We are looking for volunteers to help us sort through donations help on the shop floor operate the till and provide excellent customer service to our shoppers
We are seeking applicants with availability on one or more of the following days: Monday Tuesday Wednesday Friday Mornings or Afternoons
Where possible we will work with you to find shifts that fit your schedule.
Our charity shops rely on generous donations made by the public to raise crucial funds for Marie Curie. From clothes homeware and books to CDs and DVDs we sell a wide variety of products.
From sorting through donations to uncover hidden treasures to helping design eyecatching displays or working at the till youll be an essential part of creating a fun shopping experience. And if youve got a special talent for visual merchandising or making people smile wed love to hear from you!
Your role will include some of but is not restricted to the following tasks:
- Operate the till
- Sort through donations find hidden gems
- Prepare items for sale
- Maintain the shop floor and provide excellent customer service to our shoppers
- Help out with basic housekeeping
