We are seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to:
- Provide treatment for hand and upper extremity patients of all ages and guide them through individualized rehabilitation programs.
- Efficiently communicate with hand surgeons (both plastic and orthopedic) hand fellowship trained physician referral sources and other UW Health departments for care coordination and collaboration.
- Work within a large dynamic rehab team to continually provide exceptional patient and family centered care.

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree /Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or Bachelors/Masters Degree in Physical Therapy Required
- Masters Degree in OT or Doctorate Degree in PT Preferred
Work Experience
- 3 years of professional experience in therapy area of specialty Required
- 5 years of Hand and Upper Extremity experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Hand Therapy Certification (CHT) from Hand Therapy Certification Commission Required
- Licensed Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Required
- BLS/CPR and Automatic External Defibrillator Certification Required
