Job Description

TITLE: Behavioral Health Services BHS Project PROVIDE Mentors

REPORTS TO:

Depending on their licensure they will report to:

  • Senior Director of Behavioral Health Services Department or their designee or
  • Executive Director of the Office of Social Work of their designee or
  • Executive Director of School Counseling or their designee

STIPEND POSITION OVERVIEW: The Behavioral Health Services Department (BHS) seeks to develop a talent pool of current BHS School Psychologists School Counselors and Social Workers to provide mentoring to peers before or after the work day. The number of mentors needed will fluctuate each year depending on the number of school psychologists social workers and school counselors who are within their first four years of employment.

This opportunity will occur weekly from September 1 2025 to June 30 2026. The stipend will be paid at the flat rate of $3500 for the school year.

Please note that this program is funded by the US Department of Education (DoE). As such stipends are dependent on the DoEs continued ability to allocate funds.
