Chief Watersports Instructor
Permenant / Full Time
32000 per annum rising with performance and length of service

At Alton Water were looking for a Chief Instructor to join our team on a permanent is your chance to deliver unforgettable experiences lead a passionate team and share your love for the water in one of Suffolks most beautiful outdoor locations.
What Youll Be Doing:
Lead and coordinate daily watersports sessions including sailing kayaking paddleboarding and more
Mentor and support a team of instructors and activity leaders
Oversee safety practices and ensure compliance with NGB guidelines and center policies
Plan and deliver highquality sessions for groups schools and the general public
Carry out regular equipment checks and help maintain kit and activity areas
Create a fun engaging and inclusive environment for all visitors
About you:
RYA Dinghy Instructor or Paddlesports Instructor (or similar qualifications)
Experience in a senior/lead instructor role or ready to take the next step
Strong leadership communication and organisational skills
A passion for outdoor education and inspiring people through watersports
Safetyconscious with a proactive and professional attitude
