Location: Adelaide SA
Salary Package: $100k $120k Super
Role Highlights:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant to take a senior role within a growing business. Youll work closely with the Group CFO to manage financial reporting forecasting and compliance across multiple entities within the group.
Responsibilities
Oversee the management accounting function ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
Collaborate with the Group CFO and senior leadership to provide insights for strategic decisionmaking.
Manage cash forecasting BAS preparation and compliance matters.
Lead stakeholder engagement across various departments and operating entities.
Support process improvement initiatives enhancing financial operations and ERP systems.
Foster a positive collaborative culture acting as a mentor to junior team members.
Candidate Profile
As an ideal candidate you are a highly experienced CA/CPA (or nearing completion) with a strong understanding of financial statements taxation and accounting standards. Your technical knowledge and attention to detail will ensure you are a trusted advisor to the team. You thrive in fastpaced environments and enjoy taking ownership of your role.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong experience in financial and management accounting
Advanced ERP/systems knowledge (Cheops experience is a plus)
Experience in a multientity environment
A proactive solutionsoriented approach to process improvement
A genuine passion for professional development and mentoring team members
