Location: ChickfilA Gadsden
Hours: 8 AM 8 PM (Flexible shifts available: 8 AM 2 PM or 2 PM 8 PM)
Pay: 7.5/hour tips
With guaranteed $14 on hour wage
Position Overview:
ChickfilA Gadsden is looking for friendly responsible and serviceoriented individuals to join our Delivery Team! As a delivery driver you will be the face of ChickfilA outside the restaurant ensuring prompt and professional service while upholding our Core 4 and Winning Hearts Every Time hospitality strategies.
Responsibilities:
Delivery Responsibilities:
- Deliver orders promptly and with urgency once they are prepared.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with every guest interaction.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of orders before leaving the store.
- Wash and vacuum personal vehicle at the end of each shift after the final delivery.
- Complete a weekly vehicle inspection to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
InRestaurant Responsibilities (When Not Delivering):
- Stock supplies (sauces lids cups etc..
- Assist with curbside and dining room orders as needed.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Proof of insurance and clean driving record.
- Background check required.
- Ability to uphold ChickfilAs customer service and hospitality standards.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
