Job Description
The Cobbs Creek Golf and Educational Campus is seeking a Security Ambassador to help ensure the safety and security of our guests employees and facilities. This role will provide a visible security presence monitor access to campus buildings and assist with general security operations. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle security concerns professionally and efficiently. Compensation: $20 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming and secure environment by monitoring access to the TGR Learning Lab Clubhouse Restaurant Driving Range facility and maintenance areas.
- Conduct routine security patrols and inspections of the campus to identify and report any security concerns.
- Monitor oncampus security and fire systems (alarms access control etc..
- Assist with crowd management and access control during events and peak operational hours.
- Respond to security incidents and report/document situations as needed.
- Support emergency response procedures including evacuations and first aid assistance when required.
- Maintain detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns to the Security Manager.
- Collaborate with law enforcement vendors and staff to ensure a safe environment.
- Uphold hospitalityfocused security practices ensuring guests and employees feel safe and welcome.
Qualifications:
- Previous security law enforcement military or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to remain calm professional and approachable in highpressure situations.
- Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of basic security procedures.
- Ability to stand walk and patrol for extended periods.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Must have a reliable and punctual work ethic.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
