Plumbing Estimator
Onsite: Elkhorn WI with Travel Required
Adams Power has been in the construction trades field for over 35years. Starting as a provider of Electrical Services we now offer services in Plumbing HVAC and Generator Home Backup Systems.
As a Plumbing Estimator a crucial part of our Mechanical Department you will play a pivotal role in our operations. You are responsible for accurately estimating the costs related to plumbing projects including materials labor and equipment. This role involves analyzing project specifications collaborating with project managers production team and ensuring that all estimates align with industry standards and company objectives.

What Were Looking For: Plumbing Estimator
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required. PostSecondary education or additional formal education in the trades industry is a plus.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (no major violations the past 5years).
  • Minimum three years of experience in plumbing estimating or a related field in Wisconsin.
  • Must be proficient in Bluebeam and Accubid software or a comparable program.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems and materials as well as Wisconsin plumbing codes.
  • Excellent reading comprehension and ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel a must).
  • A current unrestricted license is a plus.

Key Responsibilities: Plumbing Estimator
  • Conduct site visits and analyze project blueprints specifications and other documentation.
  • Develop detailed labor materials permits and equipment cost estimates.
  • Utilize industrystandard estimating software (Accubid/Bluebeam).
  • Research current market prices for materials and labor.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and project managers to ensure estimates meet project requirements.
  • Clearly communicate estimates and proposals to clients answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all estimates.
  • Stay up to date on plumbing codes and regulations.

Compensation: $90000.00 $110000.00 per year
