Nalu is seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to develop and execute brand strategies that enhance market positioning awareness and customer engagement for our neuromodulation product portfolio. Reporting to the Director Downstream Marketing this individual will be responsible for shaping the brand identity messaging and creative across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has a strong background in brand management storytelling and integrated marketing within the medical device or B2B industries. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement brand positioning messaging and visual identity strategies that differentiate the companys neuromodulation products
- Drive the of integrated brand campaigns ensuring alignment across digital print social media events and sales enablement materials
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product marketing demand generation and sales to ensure brand consistency and impact
- Lead the development of marketing collateral advertising and creative assets that resonate with healthcare professionals patients and key stakeholders
- Partner with external agencies and internal creative teams to ensure highquality compelling brand storytelling and visual
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess brand perception and identify opportunities for improvement
- Oversee the brands digital presence ensuring website content social media and online campaigns reflect strategic brand objectives
- Work closely with the sales team to develop branded sales tools presentations and training materials to enhance customer engagement
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Ensure all brand marketing initiatives comply with regulatory and industry guidelines in the medical device space
Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 5 years of experience in brand marketing creative strategy or integrated marketing preferably in the medical device industry
- Demonstrated experience in brand positioning messaging development and storytelling
- Proven track record of executing successful brand campaigns that drive engagement and market differentiation
- Strong understanding of branding principles visual identity and content strategy
- Experience working with creative agencies designers and content teams to develop compelling brand assets
- Knowledge of digital marketing social media strategy and website optimization
- Ability to translate complex medical or technical concepts into clear compelling brand messaging
- Excellent project management collaboration and leadership skills
- Willing and able to work in the corporate office a minimum of 4 days/week
