- Woodfired cooking experience
- Excellent knife skills
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work with professionalism with all team members and guests at all times
- Adept in following directions & adhering to procedures with quality consistency & speed
- Completing guest orders accurately and within service goals
- Working clean and professionally at all times in our exhibition kitchen
- Being extremely knowledgeable about our menu
- Following proper food safety procedures
- Must be able to thrive and excel in a fastpaced environment and consistently uphold very high standard
- Must be able to maintain a positive attitude at all times and demonstrate teamwork
- Attention to detail ability to work unsupervised while maintaining safety and quality standards
- Be a Brand Ambassador! Promote CatchaFires goals and company culture; follow company policies & procedures
- Able to successfully collaborate and communicate with all team members
- Able to thoroughly understand all menu items and be able to execute with quality consistency & speed
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and menu items are prepared to specs
- Follow recipes including measuring weighing and mixing ingredients
- Properly cook and handle various food items (including meat seafood dairy and vegetables) using a variety of cooking methods
- Operate one or more of the following stations: Woodfired Oven Toss Pizza Make Cold Side Hot Side
- Successfully open and close your workstation using proper procedures and guidelines
- Communicating with other team members to coordinate orders and maintain efficient speed of service
- Assisting in keeping food storage areas organized and sanitized
- Assisting in keeping food items rotated and labeled
- Clean dishes wash cooking utensils and cookware as needed
- Taking out trash/recycling/compost as needed
- Maintain a clean organized and sanitary workspace at all times
- Focus on quality control and speed of service so the restaurant can operate efficiently and successfully

CatchaFire Pizza was founded by Jeff and Melissa Ledford in 2012. Their food truck hit the streets of Cincinnati in 2013 serving woodfired pizza all over the city and becoming one of the areas premier caterers. Within the last ten years the company has experienced impressive and consistent growth evolving from a handful of employees serving strictly from a food truck to three brick and mortar locations with a team of 130.
Since its inception CatchaFire Pizza has successfully built a reputable and marketable brand in the greater Cincinnati area while creating a strong company culture. Dedication professionalism and passion have propelled the company to be one of the top dining destinations in Cincinnati. CatchaFire Pizza specializes in Neapolitanstyle woodfired cuisine that is creative healthy and delicious. Their elevated yet approachable style is Chefdriven and their passion for food and beverage is evident in every aspect of the operation. CatchaFires team of culinary professionals consistently offers highquality food using the best local ingredients. The menu is vibrant and diverse and certain to please everyone including families pizza purists foodies vegetarians and vegans.

We are committed to finding sustainable ways to operate our company such as sourcing food from local suppliers composting partnering with sustainable companies and volunteering in our local communities.

BLUE ASH Restaurant Bar & Bottle Shop
CatchaFire Pizzas Blue Ash restaurant bar & bottle shop in downtown Blue Ash has a beautiful relaxing dining space with a large patio and garage doors giving the space a welcoming indoor/outdoor feel. CatchaFire has successfully established a thriving business by engaging with the community and offering everything from wine tastings to trivia and live music.
LEBANON Taproom & Event Space
CatchaFire Pizza opened a third location in Lebanon OH in late 2022. The space is expansive with a large dining room indoor/outdoor bar and patio as well as a private event space. Located in downtown Lebanon CatchaFire has paved the way for a fun and dynamic dining scene for the growing Lebanon community.
WESTWOOD @ West Side Brewing Taproom
CatchaFire operates an expansive exhibition kitchen highlighting the experience at WestSide Brewing allowing customers to view three woodfired blazing ovens and feast on everything from specialty pizzas to artisan appetizers salads and desserts. CatchaFire Pizza is the exclusive caterer of WestSide Brewings private events spaces in Westwood.
