Job Description
- Obtaining invoices statements reports personal information documents and information from employees other departments and customers.
- Scanning through data to find relevant information.
- Correcting errors and organizing information in a way that allows for quick and accurate capture.
- Making precise spreadsheets.
- Entering and updating data in relevant databases
- Making certain that data is backed up.
- Notifying relevant parties of errors encountered
- Keeping hard copies of data organized for easier retrieval.
- Occasionally handling additional responsibilities.
Requirements
- Diploma from a high school.
- 1 years of relevant experience is required.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Interpersonal and communication skills that are second to none.
- Capability to concentrate for extended periods of time and perform accurately and quickly.
- Touch typing proficiency is required.
