This is the expansion of a newly created position established due to the introduction of the One Bank Platform (OBP) for use for Business Customers looking to do a Home Loan. Our Business Home Lending Managers work with our Banking channels across Commercial and SME. With a focus on Home Lending for Business Customers you will help our customers across many markets. You will work flexibly to deliver the best possible experience for our customers. The role is predominantly phone and video based with customers bankers and brokers. There is no sourcing requirement for this role as your referrals will come directly from the Business Bankers. You would be expected to work in the office 2 days a week.

What do I need
We are looking for candidates that have strong experience in dealing with customers and the One Bank Platform origination system. Experience in dealing with Business customers is preferable. Youll be a people person who loves meeting new faces and building networks with a track record for delivering results that go above and beyond customer expectations. Your strong business acumen and ability to present detail and solid organisational skills are a must as well especially as youll be solely responsible for looking after your workload while youre on the go.
