Job Description
Overview/ Job Responsibilities
Sev1Tech is seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Logistician to join our leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Provides overall oversight for all aspects of logistics for the contract; including oversight of system fielding implementation and of field support.
- Approves final version of reporting for obsolescence management maintenance reporting failure reporting asset reporting post fielding reports etc.
- Monitors efficiency of field support personnel and makes recommendations regarding couse of personnel.
- Perform system lifecycle cost analysis and develop component studies.
- Provides oversight for planning and of training support across all programs.
- Stay informed of logistics technology advances and Government policies and apply them in order to improve logistics processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a US Secret level security clearance
- BA/BS from an accredited college or university. Certified Logistics Professional certification. (Six additional years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. One academic year at an accredited college or university in an an accredited preferred degree for one year of experience.
- 15 years of experience as a logistician within the DOD environment.
