At Skillfield were shaping the future through realworld applications of AIand were looking for a Senior Gen AI Engineer whos ready to make an impact.
You wont just be building solutionsyoull be solving real business problems owning technical outcomes and working directly with clients across industries like utilities and telco.
What Youll Be Doing
Design develop and deploy Gen AI solutions (e.g. chatbots RAG systems document automation)
Translate business needs into actionable Gen AI use cases
Lead and deliver handson technical work across client engagements
Engage with clientsadvising presenting and educating
Stay sharpcontinuously explore new tools frameworks and techniques
What Were Looking For
Proven experience with LLMs and tools such as LangChain OpenAI Azure OpenAI Vertex AI or similar
Strong grasp of vector databases embeddings and RAG pipelines
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within agile teams
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A growth mindsetkeen to learn and adapt quickly
Bonus: Experience working in telco utilities or large enterprise environments
