Delivery Team Member
At ChickfilA Ridley & Springfield Park
Position Overview:
Delivery Team Members are responsible for preparing and delivering Catering Delivery and ChickfilA Delivery orders. We work as a team to fulfill orders and transport to guests in a safe timely and friendly manner. Delivery Team Members will perform tasks for ChickfilA Delivery and Chickfila Catering Delivery in between assigned orders.
$15.00/hour plus tips. Reimbursed for mileage of personal vehicle and personal cell phone use.

Delivery Team Member Responsibilities:
- Loading transporting and delivering food orders to our guests on time.
- Follow all food safety standards and CFA procedures when preparing food items for all orders.
- Collect and package all utensils condiments plates etc. required for orders.
- Prepare and package food products for Catering orders such as gallon beverages coffee CFA nuggets CFA sandwiches salads etc.
- Verify accuracy in orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete the charges are correct and the customer is satisfied.
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Accepting accurate payments for delivered orders & bringing payment back to the restaurant for deposit.
- Providing excellent customer service answering questions and handling feedback from guests.
- Limit cell phone use for business needs only.
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
- Report and work out of both Springfield Park & Ridley locations as needed and as directed.
- Responsibilities are not limited to the above list and not limited to CFA Delivery and Catering Delivery.
