GROUNDSKEEPER/PORTER Chino CA
Lewis Apartment Communities a division of one of the largest real estate developers in the nation is actively seeking professional dependable candidates for a fulltime GROUNDSKEEPER position at one of our new upscale apartment communities in Chino Ca Independence at The Preserve
Please note: This position is open to Lewis employees only who are interested in a transfer. If interested please apply using the new opportunity link within 5 days of the announcement.
This position would provide property&grounds cleaning various custodial/janitorial duties and most importantly a warm and personable customerservice enthusiasm.
Additional requirements for this role:
- You must be able to work on the weekends!
- A Valid drivers license is required.
- Backgroundcheck and drugscreen will also be required.

Days off: Thursday and Friday weekend work will be required.
This is a fulltime position offering a competitive wage of $21.50/ per hour a variety of medical/dental benefits a 401k savings plan with company match insurance vision plan and other discounts.
