Join ICES on a contract impacting national security as a Program Manager Support
These positions are located inSpringfield VA.All positions require an active/currentTS/SCI securityclearanceand be willing and able to pass an additionalpolygraphas needed.
As aProgram Manager Support specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Duties:
- Oversee subordinate technical and administrative leads.
- Responsible for longrange planning for all aspects of program performance.
- Responsible for the security of personnel finance and other duties that the lead Program Manager cannot perform in their capacity.
- Develop and present effective technical presentations to senior management and to technical/nontechnical audiences; must possess strong written and verbal communications skills.
Required:
- Bachelors degree or 6 years of experience in Management and specializing in managing resources staffing and costs supporting a Government contract.
- Experience scoping levelofeffort for tasks and providing accurate costs and resource estimates.
- Experience developing and delivering contract deliverables.
- Capable of working individually collaboratively and report to a department head.
- Contributes to complex aspects of projects and conduct root cause problem analysis to develop technical solutions.
- Midlevel experience in the field of Program Manager Support or related fields with the skills to work independently and seek guidance when needed.
- 4 years of experience in one or more disciplines of Computer Science Computer Information Systems Engineering or Business or other related fields.
