Job Summary:
We are looking for people that hold a Florida real estate license and are absolutely driven to succeed. We dont care if you have experience! We dont care if youve never sold a house before. No problem! You will receive topnotch training from a national real estate coach and youll know exactly what you need to do in order to sella lot of homeseach year!

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a fulltime commissiononly sales job. You will be provided with enough leads to make as much money as you are driven to make. Well support you the entire way. If youre willing to do the work $100000 in your first year isnt too high of a goal.
Responsibilities:
Work with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
Conduct property viewings with potential buyers
List and market properties for sale
Negotiate and prepare offers purchase agreements and other legal documents
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on the status of their transactions
Attend networking events and actively promote our services to generate leads
Stay uptodate on industry and market trends to best serve clients
Requirements:
Must possess a real estate license in Florida
Highly motivated goaloriented and able to work independently
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends (open houses)
Prioritizes outstanding customer service and client satisfaction
Must be able to pass a background check
