Job Description
Job Title: Senior Data Analyst (Offshore) Location: Offshore (Remote) Job Type: FullTime Experience Level: Senior Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with expertise in Data Lake BigQuery and Power BI to join our offshore team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing BigQuery data from Google Analytics ensuring seamless data integration and leveraging Power BI to develop impactful data visualizations. This role requires a deep understanding of data structures analytical skills and the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize BigQuery data sourced from Google Analytics ensuring data accuracy and performance. Develop maintain and troubleshoot data pipelines and ETL processes in a Data Lake environment. Design and implement Power BI dashboards and reports to provide realtime business insights. Work closely with business stakeholders data engineers and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver insights. Perform data validation cleansing and transformation to ensure highquality analytics outputs. Optimize SQL queries for efficient data extraction and transformation. Identify trends patterns and correlations in large datasets to support business decisionmaking. Ensure data security governance and compliance in alignment with organizational policies. Stay updated with industry best practices in data analytics visualization and cloud data management. Required Skills & Experience: 5 years of experience in data analytics with a strong focus on Google BigQuery and Power BI. Proven expertise in managing and analyzing BigQuery data from Google Analytics. Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming large datasets. Handson experience with Data Lakes and largescale data processing. Expertise in Power BI including DAX data modeling and report development. Experience in integrating BigQuery data sources into Power BI. Familiarity with cloudbased analytics solutions particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with an eye for detail. Ability to communicate complex data insights to nontechnical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation. Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4 and its impact on data structuring. Experience in working in an agile environment. Prior experience with marketing analytics and attribution models. Strong Communication and Team Collaboration skills.
