As a Technical Project Manager III in Cybersecurity and Technology Controls you will help lead complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and create value for clients employees and stakeholders. Applying a broad knowledge of technical principles practices and theories is essential to developing innovative solutions along with leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. Your strong communication abilities will enable you to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and manage stakeholder relationships ensuring alignment on project objectives and governance. Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans incorporating technical requirements resource allocation and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including software development quality assurance and business stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with business goals
- Utilize technical fluency to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies platforms and vendor products for project implementation
- Monitor project progress adjusting plans and schedules as needed and providing regular status updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management leading complex technology projects and programs in a fastpaced environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problemsolving techniques to break down business technical or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
- Hands on knowledge on the use and maintenance of JIRA for agile delivery
- Hands on knowledge on the use and development of Confluence for documentation management and reporting
- Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle management including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolve
- Strong technical fluency with familiarity in current and relevant platforms software tools and technologies
- Proficient in stakeholder management with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Hands on knowledge with BI and reporting tools such as Tableau
- Hands on knowledge with workflow tools such as ServiceNow
